This Legal Waiver and Liability Release (“Agreement”) is entered into by the individual submitting this form (“Participant”) and Nova Vital Peptides (“Company”), including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”). By accessing this website, submitting this form, or engaging with any information or materials provided by the Company, the Participant agrees to the following terms:

1. Age Verification

By submitting this form, the Participant affirms and certifies that they are 21 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into this Agreement.

2. Research and Educational Use Only

All information, materials, products, compounds, descriptions, or references provided by the Company are intended solely for research, laboratory, and educational purposes.
Nothing on this website, nor anything communicated by the Company, constitutes:

  • medical advice,

  • diagnosis,

  • treatment, or

  • any form of healthcare recommendation.

No material provided is intended for human consumption, clinical application, or therapeutic use.

3. No Medical Relationship

The Participant understands and agrees that:

  • The Company is not a medical provider.

  • No physician–patient, clinical, or professional healthcare relationship is created.

  • All decisions made by the Participant are their sole responsibility.

The Participant agrees to consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions related to peptides, bioregulators, or any related research materials.

4. Assumption of Risk

The Participant acknowledges the inherent risks associated with handling, studying, or possessing research materials.
By proceeding, the Participant voluntarily assumes:

  • all risks of use,

  • all risks of misinterpretation of information, and

  • all risks associated with any actions taken based on the Company’s educational content.

The Participant understands that improper handling or misuse of research materials can cause property damage, personal injury, or adverse outcomes.

5. No Liability; Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Participant hereby waives, releases, and forever discharges the Company and all Released Parties from any and all:

  • claims,

  • demands,

  • lawsuits,

  • liabilities,

  • damages,

  • expenses,

  • losses,

  • actions or causes of action of any kind,

arising from or related to:

  • the use or possession of any research materials,

  • the interpretation or application of any information provided by the Company,

  • any decisions made by the Participant based on such information,

  • or any other interaction with the Company.

This waiver applies regardless of cause, including but not limited to negligence (except where prohibited by law).

6. Non-Litigation Agreement

The Participant agrees not to initiate, join, or participate in any lawsuit, arbitration, claim, or legal proceedingagainst the Company or any Released Party for any matter arising from:

  • information provided,

  • materials referenced,

  • educational guidance,

  • communications,

  • or interactions through this website or business.

The Participant further agrees that any dispute must be resolved exclusively through binding private mediation, at the Participant’s sole expense, in the jurisdiction selected by the Company.

7. Indemnification

The Participant agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company and all Released Parties from any damages, costs, fees, or claims arising from:

  • the Participant’s actions,

  • misuse of research materials,

  • violation of this Agreement,

  • or reliance on the Company’s information.

This includes reasonable attorneys’ fees and all costs incurred by the Released Parties.

8. No Guarantees or Warranties

The Company makes no guarantees, promises, or warranties, express or implied, regarding any:

  • outcomes,

  • results,

  • scientific findings,

  • accuracy,

  • completeness,

  • safety,

  • or fitness for a particular purpose.

All information is provided “as is.”

9. Participant Responsibility

The Participant agrees that they are solely responsible for:

  • verifying all information,

  • following all applicable laws and regulations,

  • ensuring safe handling of research materials,

  • and seeking independent legal or medical advice as needed.

10. Entire Agreement

By submitting this form, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and voluntarily accept the terms of this Agreement in full.
This Agreement supersedes all prior representations, communications, or understandings.

Acknowledgment & Consent

By submitting this form, I certify that:

  • I am 21 years of age or older.

  • I understand that all information and materials from Nova Vital Peptides are for research and educational purposes only.

  • I acknowledge that nothing presented constitutes medical advice or treatment.

  • I voluntarily assume all associated risks.

  • I waive all legal claims and agree not to file any lawsuit or legal action against Nova Vital Peptides or its representatives.

  • I understand that this waiver must be reviewed by my attorney before it is legally relied upon.
